Welcome to the Family Center! We provide therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and children. We can help you work on any presenting problem such as anxiety, depression, anger, grief, or relationship conflict. We specialize in helping families who have children with ADHD, anxiety, behavioral, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. We believe in helping you live fully; happy with yourself, and connected with your partner, child, and family.
We currently have eleven therapists all with advanced training and specialties. We will help you identify your goals in the first session and work toward them in therapy. Therapy is not just about talking and hoping things will get better. In therapy you need to feel safe and comfortable and be able to work on things that are tough and painful with a skilled therapist.
The Family Center offers unique therapies: These therapies are family play therapy, Internal Family Systems approach (IFS), and physical counseling. The Family Center attempts to help you resolve your presenting problem with out the use of medications, using natural healing options, such as Yoga for Kids, sensory integration, meditation, and play therapy.
